Kelsey Sanders

Kelsey Sanders is a health and wellness expert with over 12 years of experience working with individual and organizational clients. She holds certifications such as ACE-certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and AFAA-certified Group Exercise Instructor, among others. She is a graduate of Michigan State University who is renowned for being a reliable, hands-on coach focused on individuals’ wellness goals.

Kelsey’s approach is to holistically evaluate each person’s wellness—not just their fitness or nutrition habits—with the knowledge that small, simple changes are the most effective ways to improve health and wellness.

Kelsey founded ThriveWell with the goal of helping busy working professionals who have found success in the work world but are struggling to find a realistic way to include wellness into their everyday lives. She works with those who are overwhelmed with daily decisions and need help figuring out the best plan to become healthy that fits their specific lifestyle. As a mom of (almost) two kids, a wife to a husband who works chaotic hours, and a woman who is successful in both the wellness and writing industries, Kelsey actually knows what it’s like to be busy yet still fit lifestyle changes into a life of happy, successful chaos.

I have worked on my wellness and physical goals with Kelsey for close to 10 years now and she is one of the most understanding and kind people I’ve ever met. She created exercise plans to match my physical ability, as well as gave nutrition advice and plans for me to reach my goals. The encouragement and results I’ve achieved with her as my coach have been wonderful. Kelsey has taught me a lot over the years and is a terrific coach and friend.
