I have been tapping into Kelsey’s knowledge going on two months. I did a one month challenge personalized to me. This allowed me to create better habits by recognizing my existing ones. Kelsey didn’t just focus on the scale. She encouraged me to come up with strength or time goals as well. I am eating healthier intentionally, drinking more water and even sleeping better. I am becoming more conscious of my eating habits and making new better ones. The whole time without feeling discouraged because I am making mini successes, getting stronger, dropping pounds and inches. The second month has been about getting stronger and building endurance for some other goals I have set for myself. Kelsey is unique, kind, supportive and creative in finding ways that I can achieve success to keep me on track and continuing to move to my long-term goals. Thanks, Kelsey!

I have worked on my wellness and physical goals with Kelsey for close to 10 years now and she is one of the most understanding and kind people I’ve ever met. She created exercise plans to match my physical ability, as well as gave nutrition advice and plans for me to reach my goals. I learned so much from my challenge with Kelsey! She really helped my focus on the quality of items that I was eating rather than the quantity and helped me to fuel my body appropriately. In addition to her awesome nutrition guidelines that were NOT “harsh dieting,” I learned that stress played a large roll in my overall nutrition choices. Kelsey offered stress-relieving activities and provided exercises that fought back my weaknesses and helped me strive forward with my goals. Kelsey is the most supportive and encouraging personal trainer! She has a kind heart and only wants the best for you! She definitely has my best interests and goals in mind. Kelsey has the unique ability of making each person feel like they are the most important person in the room. What’s impressive is she can do it with any population. And what complements this is how well-rounded she is at her craft. Kelsey can add value and her expertise to a wide variety of settings in the wellness field. She truly understands the different angles of “holistic health.” And what she doesn’t know she is relentless in finding and implementing. She truly takes ownership for what she does.
